8 months of extensive training and I have arrived at my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training graduation retreat!
I will be sharing some of my experiences during Teacher Training in future blog posts but wanted to share some pictures and highlights of the retreat !
The weekend was full of meditations, yoga, teachings and celebrating our accomplishments. I had my first experience staying in a tent, which was actually pretty cool. It was so peaceful being with Mother Earth and listening to all the animals and sounds.
Our retreat took place at Camp Raj Yog on the Sunshine Coast.

I want to introduce you to my Teachers throughout this 8 month journey…actually they have been my teachers for most of my life (since a teenager) so I was blessed to have taken Teacher Training with them. Hari Singh (left) Nirmal Kaur (middle) Guru Raj Kaur (right) Bir Kaur (here in spirit) I am so grateful for my Teachers. They have delivered these teachings with so much reverence and enthusiasm. I feel truly blessed ! |

This is my buddy Amanjeet Kaur. We were paired at the beginning of the course as buddies. We completed home work questions, meditations and activities together. We were also each other's support during the course. This is us after a meditation we completed together. She was such a blessing to have during the course and continues to be so in my life.
I know we will remain buddies for life !
