The Technology of AwarenessThe word “yoga” comes from the word “yoke”, “to join together,”
or “to unite”. Yoga is the union of the individual's unit consciousness with the infinite consciousness. Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice or discipline. Yoga explores your dimensions, depth, nature and potential as a human being. ![]() Siri Singh Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogi Ji

Kundalini Yoga is the supreme technology to awaken your awareness and take you into your original Self.
...it is a natural unfolding of your own nature.
Kundalini Yoga combines breath, mudra (hand positions), eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures in a precise, conscious manner to affect body, mind, and soul. It is designed to give you an experience of your soul. Kundalini Yoga develops the neutral mind and its capacity for intelligence, endurance and integrity.
Kundalini yoga balances the glandular system and strengthens the nervous system. Hatha Yoga is the most popular and widely practiced form of Yoga in the West. It concentrates on perfecting the physical body in order to affect the mind and consciousness. It emphasizes flexibility and patience. It takes about 22 years to raise the Kundalini energy through this practice. Kundalini Yoga is a direct, quick and a perfect practice for the pace of a modern household. It just takes one kriya to achieve a complete physical, mental and spiritual balance.

Each Kundalini Yoga class guides you through a Kriya. A Kriya is a sequence of postures, breath and sound that are integrated together to allow the manifestation of a particular state.
There are Kriyas that support the liver, balance the glandular system, make you radiant, stimulate the pituitary, increase the flexibility of the spine, and many more. Each Kriya has a different effect, We begin each class by tuning in with the Adi Mantra: Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo: I bow to the subtle divine wisdom, I bow to the divine teacher within. This tunes us in to the Golden Chain of Teachers that have brought us this technology. It is also used to spiritually guide both the teacher and the students during the class.
